Vegan Mac n Cheese

The first recipe I want to share with you on here is my favourite vegan Mac n Cheese recipe. What makes this one so genius is that it doesn’t only taste super cheesy and amazing but it’s actually really healthy. You only need a few ingredients (potatoes, carrots, nutritional yeast, unsweetened plant-milk, tahini, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and salt) and a blender. I’m sure you’ll love it!
